Job Description:
Legend Brands is seeking a Program Trainer to help with our growing business. This is a remote position, however, travel to customer, trade events, and corporate headquarters is required as needed. This position conducts classroom and on-the-job training to groups of facilities and custodial personnel covering basics for remediation of Category 1 Water (clean water) intrusion.
Job Requirements:
- Coordinate details of external seminars with customers including scheduling, attendance requirements and marketing
- Present in-house and offsite seminars and training events
- Arrange travel for seminars and schools; prepare expense reports
- Organize onsite training facility preparation and details for training events
- Provide technical support for customers and other stakeholders as needed
- Review end results of training efforts and suggest additions and changes to training materials
- Develop, revise, and update curriculum for seminars, schools, training events, and presentations as necessary
- Administer certification exams and/or certificate distribution in accordance with R2R program requirements
- Document technical information gathered from schools, seminars, technical calls, and the Internet
- Assist Sales Department with sales as required
- Mentor others within the department including external trainers
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to perform these functions and at least 3 to 5 years' experience in these areas:
- Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and graphics software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Lead in classroom situations
- Lead teams and projects to completion
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively with people from a variety of culturally diverse backgrounds
- Ability to communicate effectively and to train end users about processes and tasks while ensuring understanding and master
- Ability to organize classes, materials, and schedules for different groups at different places within a curriculum
- Ability to learn new information and process quickly to a level of understanding to train others
- Ability to work remotely using remote applications such as video conferencing, with the ability to travel as needed (over 50% travel required - some overnight travel)
Hiring Range:
Between $69,700 - $82,000 Annually
