Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Position Summary :

    Join Acentra Health's dynamic team as a Provider Relations Field Representative and Trainer, where you'll spearhead our Wyoming program.

    In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with medical providers, ensuring seamless Medicaid billing and claims submission.

    As a Provider Relations Field Representative and Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing strong relationships with medical and healthcare providers across the Southern-half of Wyoming.

    Your primary focus will be providing essential support for Medicaid billing requirements and claims submission, thereby ensuring quality care for Medicaid recipients.

    Based in the South or Southwestern region of Wyoming, you'll report to the Benefits Management Operations Manager in Cheyenne.

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Take proactive steps to establish meaningful connections with provider offices, providing hands-on assistance and nurturing enduring relationships.
    • Help spearhead initiatives aimed at equipping providers with comprehensive billing knowledge, thereby minimizing errors and optimizing procedural efficiencies.
    • Foster close collaboration with team members to swiftly identify and address provider queries, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively propose enhancements to communication and training strategies.
    • Deliver captivating and informative in-person training sessions for providers across rural Wyoming, ensuring engagement and comprehension.
    • Showcase expertise by presenting at association meetings, actively contributing to the advancement of the Division of Healthcare Financing.
    • Develop dynamic and informative presentations to educate providers on pertinent Medicaid policies, fostering understanding and compliance.

    Required Qualifications, Skills, Knolwedge and Experience

    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a science or liberal arts field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of recent customer service experience in healthcare, medical bill processing, or a similar field is required.
    • Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of experience in preparing and delivering training.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively prepare and deliver training sessions, with confidence in presenting information to diverse audiences and engaging groups effectively.

    Comfort with public speaking is essential.

    • Proficiency in standard office tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook, along with adeptness in navigating web portal applications efficiently.
    • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in tasks and project requirements, maintaining effectiveness and efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
    • Must maintain a clean driving record, as travel within the assigned region is a requirement for this role.

    Compensation

    The compensation for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 annual salary. Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level. Thank you.
