EEO Trainer designs and delivers diversity training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Team, you will be responsible for training our internal team of trainers and instructional designers throughout our organization. We’re looking for a trainer who is passionate about how adults learn and enjoys facilitating and designing learner-focused materials. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new courses as well as maintaining and updating all materials for the course. A critical focus for this role will be co-facilitating our Trainer Certification program for our internal training team members as well as identifying additional needs and working closely with our internal clients.
