What you will enjoy doing*

• You will participate in the interviewing process of OpTechs
• You will conduct orientation with New Hires
• Sets new hires up with Oracle access, Airwaves, Employee ID's, vending machine access, and benefits
• Direct reporting responsibilities for the first 90 days of new hires (ending with their 90 day review)
• Manages performance and attendance of new hires for first 90 days
• Develops, coordinates and maintains training programs
• Shift training as required for Quality, Safety, Production Process "Reminders", and other problems that arise
• You will design and develop training courses to meet the business unit's safety and business goals
• Reviews, updates, and maintains JSA's, and other operational documentation

What makes you great

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience
• Previous leadership/supervisory and training experience desired
• Able and willing to work any shift as required by the job
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint desired
• Willing to Work extended hours and/or weekends and holidays as required
• Must be proficient in Basic Math
• Experience designing and developing training courses preferred
