Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Position Summary
The Trainer will wok with the Director of Human Resources, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Program Directors to help lead the design, implementation, and delivery of classroom, online, and blended learning modules associated with the onboarding of new employees and managers throughout the organization. This person coordinates program improvement initiatives to promote awareness, and education, and assures continuous assessment and compliance with all regulatory, state, and compliance standards. This person will participate independently and in collaboration with the EHR Team to coordinate activities around the continuous improvement of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement.
