Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Description
The Westfield Area Y is looking for certified Personal Trainers to join our team. Must be able to instruct clients on the usage and function of all the exercise equipment in the Free Weight Room, Strength Training Room, Cardio Room, and Fitness Centers at the Y; previous field experience preferred and must be able to lift and move exercise equipment; ability to design exercise programs for those with special needs and health concerns; perform fitness testing and evaluations for clients; responsible for renewing all certifications on time.
