EEO Trainer designs and delivers diversity training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Prevention, assessment and treatment as well as rehabilitation of injuries. Communicates with physical therapists and physicians regarding care of patients. Maintains charts and paperwork in both the clinical and academic setting. Assists with day-to-day operation of clinic and sports medicine program development. Markets the sports medicine program to local schools and community. Provides school visits and event coverage to include care and rehabilitation of injuries.
Required Minimum Education: 4 year/ Bachelors Degree
Specialty/Major: Athletic Training
Licensure/Certification Required: Licensed Athletic Trainer in the State of Ohio and certified by BOC
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: CPR and BLS as required by the hospital
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Microsoft word, email. Excel programming
