EEO Trainer designs and delivers diversity training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Summary
Many of our opportunities reward* your hard work with:Prevention, assessment and treatment as well as rehabilitation of injuries. Communicates with physical therapists and physicians regarding care of patients. Maintains charts and paperwork in both the clinical and academic setting. Assists with day-to-day operation of clinic and sports medicine program development. Markets the sports medicine program to local schools and community. Provides school visits and event coverage to include care and rehabilitation of injuries.
- Works with physical therapist in providing therapy to clinic patients or assists in other clinic needs as appropriate.
- Provides appropriate physician prescribed treatments considering age, growth and development of the patients served: pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric.
- Maintains paperwork and documentation as appropriate.
- Able to maintain productivity standards for the position and/or demonstrate revenue contribution through referrals, etc.
- Assists with Sports Medicine marketing, program development, and coach's education and CPR.
- Provides designated event and training room coverage in effective and efficient manner and/or leads clients in sports enhancement or other training.
- Provides local community and or schools with in-services or educational opportunities
- Promotes rehabilitation services and benefits of prevention programs
Required Minimum Education: 4 year/ Bachelors Degree
Specialty/Major: Athletic Training
Licensure/Certification Required: Licensed Athletic Trainer in the State of Ohio and certified by BOC
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: CPR and BLS as required by the hospital
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Microsoft word, email. Excel programming
