EEO Trainer designs and delivers diversity training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. FitnDelicious2GO is looking for a few good personal Trainers and people that can run our Bootcamps. No Experience needed, but it is very helpful. We prefer someone that has their personal training certification, but if not, you will eventually have to get it. This person will work with our outside development team. They will provide one on one personal training and also if they are able can do bootcamp or group training. Depends on experience level. Must be good at customer service, be willing to try new things, and have high energy. You will have opportunities to grow with us, and to move up. Our focus is to provide great customer service and training to all our customers. We also incorporate social events into our training programs on occasion as well.
