Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Personal Trainer, under the direct supervision of the Health and Wellness Director, will be responsible and accountable for assisting in the development of the Health and Wellness department and supervision of Personal Training Programs held at the YMCA of Tuscaloosa. The position helps to ensure that these programs are aligned with the Y’s cause and meets the needs of our members and the community.
