Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Tri-Area Community Health has an immediate opening for a full-time trainer located primarily in our Laurel Fork corporate office. Travel across all of our service area will be required. The trainer will partner with leadership team members and managers to provide training programs for Tri-Area Community Health (TACH) and users of the electronic health record system and other third-party systems. The trainer will plan and develop curriculum in accordance with needs assessments and ensure education topics meet end user needs and organizational initiatives. The trainer will function as an ongoing liaison between front-end users and technology / IT teams in providing in person consultation and support for end users. The trainer will be required to successfully complete eCW certification within 6 months of hire date and maintain the certification yearly. Associates degree or technical degree in education, healthcare, information systems, computer technology, communication, health sciences, business sciences, computer science, business or healthcare is required or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred as well as experience in IT technical training used in healthcare. A minimum of 3 years of training or operational work experience is required. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly motivated. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
