What You’ll Do

• Work closely with business units and users supporting applications that they use
• Provides production support, including troubleshooting and resolving problems, performing scheduled activities, training, end-user support, report writing, recommending solutions, options, or alternate methods to meet requirements
• Manage the vendor relationship for the applications you are responsible for
• Partners with vendors and internal IT stakeholders on integrated IT requirements/solutions
• Collaborates with business units to enhance functionality and automation through the design, build, test, and deployment of dialogs, workflows, custom workflows, and plugins

What You’ll Bring to CHA

• Enthusiasm and passion, a desire to learn and grow, ability to collaborate, a desire to be empowered and accountable
• Previous experience as the subject matter expert for business applications, including ownership of the vendor relationship
  • Examples of CHA tools include Certain Events, Qualtrics, Boomi, SalesForce, Financial Force, Globalscape, and ServiceNow
  • Understands the application systems and assists internal staff/external children’s hospitals on application needs
  • Primary point-of-contact for business units to optimize solutions for specific needs, including adding fields, creating forms/views, reports, etc.

Where You’ll Work

This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas, office. We leverage a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office.
