EHR Application Analyst plans, analyzes, designs and modifies EHR (electronic health record) software applications, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the implementation of one or more software modules. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Being an EHR Application Analyst may be expected to write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EHR Application Analyst requires EPIC Certification in one or more dedicated modules, such as Scheduling, Emergency Room, Patient Registration, or other medical specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The EHR Application Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Job Description:

    Our Per Diem RN Clinical Educators experience a unique opportunity to employ their clinical nursing expertise in a new way outside patient care, while continuing to collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for the well-being of patients through medical device technology.

    Qualified Clinical Educators/Registered Nurses will be tasked with educating Registered Nurses and Physicians on a Vascular Access products in the NICU.

    You are responsible for education only; no sales responsibilities, and no patient care.

    This role requires national travel. There will be an average of 2 assignments per month, ranging 4-5 days per assignment.

    Responsibilities:

    ·        Provide peer-to-peer education and consultation to RN, Physician, and other healthcare staff in support of end-user education needs in the healthcare setting

    ·        Assess customer needs and assist with resolving issues stemming from lack of medical device knowledge or understanding of the particular product

    ·        Assist in the delivery of medical device-related in-service education to support key customers

    ·        Follow-up with key accounts and customers to assess unmet education and clinical needs as it relates to successful medical device implementation

    Job Requirements:

    ·        RN Degree - Associate's required, Bachelor's preferred

    ·        Active and Unrestricted RN License required

    ·        3 years NICU, critical care, or oncology experience required

    ·        Experience working with central lines/invasive lines required

    ·        Experience working with blood culture collection systems required, experience with Bypass syringe a plus

    ·        Experience with infection control protocols and blood cultures required

    ·        Must be comfortable with basic software programs

    ·        Leadership experience (Committee or process improvement) preferred

    ·        Availability to travel nationally 2 weeks per month

    ·        Duties may require compliance with client and hospital requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated

    ·        Provide clinical and professional expertise to end users including RN staff, Physicians and other healthcare professionals in a setting without patient care

    The potential base pay range for this role is $36.00-$40.00 per hour.
