EHR Application Analyst jobs in South Bend, IN
EHR Application Analyst plans, analyzes, designs and modifies EHR (electronic health record) software applications, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the implementation of one or more software modules. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Being an EHR Application Analyst may be expected to write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EHR Application Analyst requires EPIC Certification in one or more dedicated modules, such as Scheduling, Emergency Room, Patient Registration, or other medical specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The EHR Application Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
System design/enhancements based on business need
Act as Workday subject matter expert
Functional analysis, design, configuration, scripting, and testing of functionality
Maintain updates to configuration workbooks
Work with users in defining requirements for new functionality
Software testing process including test plans, test cases, testing support and break fixes
Testing of Workday periodic updates and releases
Liaise between FAIS and the business on strategic initiatives.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree - Required
2 years HR Technology experience - Required
Workday experience - Preferred
