EHR Application Analyst, Sr. plans, analyzes, designs and modifies EHR (electronic health record) software applications, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the implementation of one or more software modules. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Being an EHR Application Analyst, Sr. may be expected to write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EHR Application Analyst, Sr. requires EPIC Certification in one or more dedicated modules, such as Scheduling, Emergency Room, Patient Registration, or other medical specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The EHR Application Analyst, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement high-quality software applications using .NET CORE, SQL Database Architecture, TSQL, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Utilize Telerik Controls to create user-friendly and intuitive UI Controls for web applications.
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize and enhance existing software applications for improved performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the use of the latest tools and technologies in the development process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET CORE, SQL Database Architecture, Writing and Optimizing TSQL, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Telerik Controls to design and implement UI Controls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends and continuous learning.
