Additionally, EHR Application Analyst, Sr. requires EPIC Certification in one or more dedicated modules, such as Scheduling, Emergency Room, Patient Registration, or other medical specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The EHR Application Analyst, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. The Financial Analyst serves as a key business analyst and liaison between multiple operations groups and finance by applying financial insight in performing projections and analysis of results, fostering communication and knowledge between finance and our business partners serving as an advocate throughout the organization. In addition, the Financial Analyst enhances the organizations' awareness and understanding of operating performance information and financial scenario planning as well as the impact of management's decisions on these financial results. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Work with Director and executive partners to support monthly consolidations, forecasting, annual budgeting, cash forecasting and report building Build and maintain reports for various leaders across FMD Provide insight and support for strategic initiatives that will lead to increased profitability and long-term value creation throughout the org Maintain monthly analytics for FMD Support BI development efforts Maintain monthly scorecards Support accounting functions as needed at month end close Provide forecast support Develop deep understanding of both cash and earnings forecasts Support Ad Hoc reports as needed Support monthly build of board level reporting Serve as valued business partner across FMD Other projects as assigned Qualifications and Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required Advanced degree or CPA is a plus Prior finance / operational experience, at least 5 years required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in use of an ERP computer software package preferred Intermediate to advanced user of Excel Strong interpersonal skills, with a history of cross-functional collaboration Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are required This position requires access or potential access to Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information, which is Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals (NOFORN) data. Therefore, to meet NOFORN requirement, you will have to provide proof of US Citizenship and attest that you do not have dual citizenship. Acceptable proof of US Citizenship is a US Passport, US Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate.
