As part of our dynamic EHR team, you will be responsible for building out forms and assessment tools in our EHR system, completing tasks to help streamline efficiencies, and organizing and documenting changes to existing and new programs.

     The IT Department at HealthRIGHT 360 is looking for someone with outstanding attention to detail and comprehension abilities, a systems thinker, who enjoys taking various sources of information and working with different stakeholders to transform manual processes into an EHR workflow.     The EHR Systems Implementation Analyst will assist in the implementation and organization of EHR program rollouts and updates per county regulation with adherence to Compliance guidelines. A primary responsibility will be to organize and update the EHR Intranet sites and tracking systems, to ensure that information is current, accurate, accessible in various modalities and easily found for optimal efficiency and to fulfill program and Compliance requirements.

    Additionally, the EHR Systems Implementation Analyst will primarily be responsible for building out and updating forms and screening tools, to ensure that new and existing programs are in adherence to Compliance requirements and meet the scope of program requirements. The EHR Systems Implementation Analyst will document meeting minutes and work with the program rollout team to ensure action items are tracked and completed. Finally, this position will test out existing and new functionalities in the EHR system as updates are made. This position will be predominately remote with the occasional requirement to come into the office as determined by manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support creation of project plans, document system and business processes, communicate clearly and ensure follow up with all key stakeholders.
    • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report, document the successes and challenges that were experienced over the life of the project.
    • Implement an organizational plan for electronic files and organize all updated forms, project rollout implementations, and historical documentation.
    • Transition and organize electronic paperwork into accessible pdfs to ensure stakeholder access in various modalities, while ensuring timely communication of updates to stakeholders.
    • Leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
    • Effectively manage change requests or requests for enhancements.
    • Assist in troubleshooting post-implementation issues for large/complex projects.
    • Comfortability in virtually engaging with a remote team, and ability to thrive in a remote environment.
    • Provide support to EHR service help desk requests relevant to job scope.
    • Perform job duties in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, company policies, and IT guidelines.
    • Other duties as assigned.
