The EHR Systems Implementation Analyst will assist in the implementation and organization of EHR program rollouts and updates per county regulation with adherence to Compliance guidelines. A primary responsibility will be to organize and update the EHR Intranet sites and tracking systems, to ensure that information is current, accurate, accessible in various modalities and easily found for optimal efficiency and to fulfill program and Compliance requirements.
Additionally, the EHR Systems Implementation Analyst will primarily be responsible for building out and updating forms and screening tools, to ensure that new and existing programs are in adherence to Compliance requirements and meet the scope of program requirements. The EHR Systems Implementation Analyst will document meeting minutes and work with the program rollout team to ensure action items are tracked and completed. Finally, this position will test out existing and new functionalities in the EHR system as updates are made. This position will be predominately remote with the occasional requirement to come into the office as determined by manager.
