Position Summary
The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Clinical Applications Analyst will collaborate with management and clinicians in designing, implementing and maintaining clinical systems under the direction of the Director of Clinical Applications who oversees the EHR Department. This individual is responsible for providing operational guidance with Aspire Indiana Health’s EHR. This professional will be focused on software and processes designed for use in automation and as a clinical tool (EHR integrated patient care equipment) and will provide education, continuous support, troubleshooting and identification of opportunities for improvements for clinical information systems. They will also oversee the adaptation of the EHR to assist Aspire staff to efficiently meet the needs of our changing clinical environment, external requirements, new initiatives, innovative service enhancements, and strategic partnerships. They will provide technical and project management expertise to oversee the implementation, design, customization, and maintenance of Aspire’s EHR in a way that supports our vision of integrated care.
