Data Management and Reporting:- Utilizes various methods to collect and communicate data to other departments within the organization, as required on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Information System Management:- Enters, updates, resets, or retrieves employee data using various information systems as needed.
- Supports and maintains Payer Portals.
- Manages IS Help Desk tickets.
- Assists KanTIme (EHR) users with tasks such as password resets, profile setup, reports, and system functionality.
Problem-Solving and Training:- Exhibits a high level of patience, a pleasant demeanor, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Possesses the ability to educate others on the effective use of various systems.
Multitasking and Adaptability:- Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask effectively, adapting to daily fluctuations and volume surges.

Position Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years experience with EHRs.
- 1-year Home Health HER preferred.

- Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills preferred; Basic Excel Skills required.
