Responsibilities

Under direction, the IST Analyst II (Report Writer) will be responsible for supporting the clinical reporting process and reporting needs.  Duties include creating and modifying clinical reports, report writing training, issues troubleshooting, analytical assistance and fostering of best practice across system users.  This person must be able to function under deadlines and may be subject to heavy workloads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in health related discipline, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.  Three (3) years of experience in information systems with preference given to candidates from a patient care environment.  Direct experience with electronic medical records is preferred.  Two (2) years of experience in clinical analysis and/or clinical report creation preferred.  Experience with Business Objects Crystal Report Writer is preferred.  Strong detail oriented and organizational skills, demonstrates interpersonal skills working in a service oriented environment.  Effective oral and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving and capable of functioning in a team environment are a must.  Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements.
