EHR Database Report Writer is responsible for data administration, analysis and management reporting from EHR (electronic health record) database. Collaborates with end users to understand reporting requirements and uses Clarity or similar report writer software to create a variety of simple to complex reports using Structured Query Language (SQL) queries. Being an EHR Database Report Writer typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty, Epic/Cerner or similar certification. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an EHR Database Report Writer typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Job Description: 

    • Supporting medical device company through in-hospital case coverage on peripheral and/or coronary atherectomy cases. 

    • Demonstrate a high level of understanding in these types of situations through offering education and clinical knowledge to physicians performing the case/medical procedure.

    •  Per-diem schedule but can amount to 1- 2 days worth of work each week can work with a current Part Time or Full-time 

    This job opening is for a team consisting of a range of candidate profiles, all of whom possess the following:

    1. Radiologic Technologist

    • Active RT credential and licensure. Associates degree required; bachelors preferred

    • 1 year experience preferred

    • Preferred unit or environment experience – Emphasis on Fluoroscopy, cardiac catheterization lab, interventional radiology, operating room, outpatient access center, ambulatory surgery center, ultrasound, or dialysis center.

    2. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

    • Active RCIS credential and licensure.

    • 1 year experience preferred

    • Preferred unit or environment experience – cardiac catheterization lab, interventional radiology, operating room, outpatient access center, ambulatory surgery center, ultrasound, or dialysis center.

    3. Registered Nurse

    • Active nursing license.  Associates degree required; bachelors preferred

    • 1 year experience preferred

    • Preferred unit or environment experience – cardiac catheterization lab, interventional radiology, operating room, outpatient access center, ambulatory surgery center, ultrasound, dialysis center

    4. Respiratory Therapist

    • Active RT credential and licensure. Associates degree required; bachelors preferred 

    • 1 year experience preferred

    • Required unit or environment experience – cardiac catheterization lab, interventional radiology, operating room, ambulatory surgery center

    5. Cardiovascular Technologist

    • 1 year experience required

    • Required unit or environment experience – cardiac catheterization lab, interventional radiology, operating room, outpatient access center, ambulatory surgery center, or ultrasound.


    Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated.
