EHR Database Report Writer jobs in the United States

Job Summary:

• Creates, records documentation for, and gives management and end-user needed support on standardized and/or customized reports and ad-hoc report creation from a database.
• Discusses and assesses the needs of end-users, clients, and/or management, and compiles report requirements in order to develop customized reports from a database.
• Ensures proper testing/validation.
• Generates reports in a database or other report writer programs and exports them into various applications.
• Ensures all information is appropriately encrypted.
• Distributes generated reports in a timely manner to clients, management, and other required entities as needed.
• Trains end-users in reporting database(s) and ad-hoc report creation.
• Documents and maintains records of created reports and/or changes to existing reports.

Qualifications:
Experience with relational database systems and query languages.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with data visualization tools.

Have a good understanding of business processes and the ability to interpret and present data in an easy-to-understand format.

Advanced Excel skills required - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.

Good communication skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
