EHR Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Serve as a Project Manager to ensure jobs are completed efficiently:
• Driving daily key factors to understand implement and practice, the company’s core values such as Safety, Leadership, Communication, Organization, Efficiency, and Knowledge.
• Communicate with customers to enhance project planning.
• Coordinate dispatch of personnel to support projects.
• Track technical project completeness daily.
• Track weekly costs associated with ongoing projects.
• Provide phone support and troubleshooting.
• Generate/verify Equipment list for projects.

Minimum Requirements
• Maritime experience preferred but not necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 60-80% work hands-on.
• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting/industrial setting.
