JOB REQUIREMENTS
· 5-10 years experience/knowledge of Road, Bridge and Civil Construction, design, finance, and management REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering REQUIRED
· Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project, AutoCAD, and Adobe
· The ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
· To demonstrate a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on vital project activities
· Superior communication and interpersonal skills
· Coordinate with all project participants, including design consultants, contractors, and your team.
· Ensure everyone on the jobsite is following safety protocols.
