EHR Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Manage QB Desktop to Online data migrations.
    Clean up new client financial data.
    Create client budget and cash flow reports.
    Determine software needs and integrations for clients.
    Train clients on the use of QBO and create training documents.
    Provide backup support for monthly and quarterly clients.
    Provide consultant-based training and troubleshooting to clients.
    Manages Project Associate

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:Education:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    Experience:
    2 years of experience

    Certifications:
    Must be QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified or become certified within 2 weeks of employment.

    Other:
    Microsoft Office
    Google Workspace (a plus)
    Asana (a plus)
    QuickBooks
    Must have a reliable internet connection

    KEY SKILLS:
    In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
    Excellent time management skills.
    Strong attention to detail.
    Analytical skills.
    Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
    Ability to work independently.
    Strong multitasking skills in order to complete different projects at the same time.
