Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Redmine)
- Experience with requirements management and data collection
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAS or other statistical analysis software
- Experience working with complex systems
