EHR Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. POSITION: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Manager
LOCATION: Community Education Project, Holyoke, MA
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Office Manager works to enroll ABE and ESOL students into CEP classes. Office Manager is responsible for promoting CEP class offerings to the community, student recruitment, intake & enrollment, orienting new students to the program, and maintaining required enrollment capacity. The Office Manager supports student outcomes through enrollment efforts, conducting assessments, tracking and reporting data: attendance, assessments, student exits, performance outcomes...The Office Manager is a key component of the CEP team.
SALARY: $25.00/ hr; 20 hours/wk; during school year Monday-Thursday 9:30am-2:30pm (September to June), pro-rated benefits: personal, sick and vacation days. This is a grant funded position with occasional flexible scheduling requirements based on program needs. Duration of this position is September to June with option to renew following annual performance review and organization’s ability to secure funding needed to sustain the position. All CEP positions require a satisfactory performance review following probationary period of 90 days for employment to continue beyond the initial 90 day probationary period.
