Responsibilities

- Ensure strategies and objectives are aligned with project priorities

- Lead cross functional projects across a variety of functions or systems

- Recognize and manage project interdependencies

- Produce and execute on complex project plans and key milestones

- Proactively recognize and resolve risks

- Leverage the project team talent by assigning people to tasks accordingly

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

- Demonstrated ability to utilize resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

- Knowledge of Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

- 5 years of project management experience

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

- Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

- Skilled in managing complicated technology and cross-functional projects

- Technical experience including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application
