EHR Project Manager, Sr. is responsible for the coordination and completion of complex projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager, Sr. sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager, Sr. resolves any development issues or team member performance issues. Prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires EPIC Certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an EHR Project Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. OBJECTIVE
Sr. PROJECT MANAGER of an architectural team responsible for the development of production drawings and specifications from schematic through construction document phases.
- Develops designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications and goals. Capable of communicating design ideas through the use of sketches, and computer design tools such as 3D modeling, AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Abode Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Prepare presentations and produce documents through to the construction phase.
- Compiles materials associated with the development of the Project (i.e. material samples and specifications).
- Coordinates and maintains project files including correspondence, drawings, and other relevant materials associated with projects.
- Manages during the construction administration in the review and processing of shop drawings and approvals of material samples.
- Provides support to office team and management staff. - Communicate with clients and contractors as required.
- Coordinate with project-related subconsultants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of FL Building Codes.
- Complete knowledge of construction drawing standards.
- Experience in adaptive reuse, building renovation, and expansion required.
- 10 years experience.
- AutoCAD knowledge and experience required, strong design, computer, technical and graphic skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and highly organized.
- Self starter, able to work independently and able to multi-task.
