EHR Project Manager, Sr. is responsible for the coordination and completion of complex projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager, Sr. sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager, Sr. resolves any development issues or team member performance issues. Prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires EPIC Certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an EHR Project Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for intricate construction projects, from bid to final acceptance by the client. Projects are construction of laboratories as well as commercial and industrial.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and oversee project schedules, including a comprehensive arrangement of construction tasks.
Manage and lead project superintendents and assistant project managers to project completion.
Manages cost control, including change orders, contracts, and cost reports.
Oversees submittal process and reviewing, reporting, and tracking.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Collaborates with architects, owners, and engineers.
Oversees construction meetings and creates meeting minutes.
In charge of safety management.
Enter, track, and create responses to RFI's.
Analyze subcontractor progress requests.
Send out, track, and organize completion of punch lists.
Organize project turnover and commissioning package.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Management preferred).
At least 5 years' experience is required. Can consider more experience and a senior title.
Excellent software skills (MS Project/Microsoft Office/Sage 300 CRE/ Primavera P6).
OSHA Certifications are a plus.
Must have outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
