EHR Project Manager, Sr. is responsible for the coordination and completion of complex projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager, Sr. sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager, Sr. resolves any development issues or team member performance issues. Prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires EPIC Certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an EHR Project Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Contract life-cycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of A Federal Agency’s Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of A Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities. This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures.The ideal Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager  (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The ProSidian Engagement Team. The following are examples of what the ProSidian and The Client would consider personnel and the skills, and education and work experience that could be required in order to be successful:QualificationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's Degree is desired. Work Experience includes eight years of operational experience in Government or industry and a minimum of five years of experience managing projects and studies.  The Project Manager shall have the ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple enterprise projects in implementing business process development, business re-engineering, and strategic business projects. The Project Manager shall have the capability to manage projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated time frames and resource constraints. The Project Manager shall coordinate all parties to calls and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.  For call orders requiring work in studies and analysis, or models and simulations, five years of experience managing projects involving the usage of models and simulations is required.KEY PERSONNEL:  Ability To Serve As A Key Personnel Engagement Team Member.  Personnel specified as Key Personnel are considered to be essential to the work ProSidian performs.
