EHR Project Manager, Sr. is responsible for the coordination and completion of complex projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager, Sr. sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager, Sr. resolves any development issues or team member performance issues. Prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires EPIC Certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Description
Medical case managers are collaborative partners with each enrolled client. This partnership entails the assessment of client needs, linking with resources, and periodic reassessment with the goal of increased access to and participation in medical care. The roles and responsibilities of the medical case manager are:
Qualifications:
Educations: RN Degree, BSW or a closely related field. RN/MSW preferred.
Experience: One year of progressive case management experience with knowledge of the community. Direct experience in HIV/AIDS issues or education is preferred.

Reports to: CM Supervisor or Director of Case Management. In the event that the CM Supervisor and Director of Case Management are unavailable, report to the Executive Director.
