EHR Project Manager, Sr. is responsible for the coordination and completion of complex projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager, Sr. sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager, Sr. resolves any development issues or team member performance issues. Prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires EPIC Certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an EHR Project Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Construction Sr Project Manager

  • Provide leadership, oversight, and overall responsibility for the timeliness, completeness, quality, and cost of multiple construction projects, both commercial and federal, with a focus on larger and/or more complex projects. Responsibilities will begin during the estimating process and concluded at completion of the project.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Estimated Starting Salary Range for Construction Sr Project Manager: $120K-$150K

    Pay commensurate with experience.

    Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

    Construction Sr Project Manager Responsibilities Include:

    • Provides overall lead support, direction, and management for assigned construction projects.
    • Leads or participates in kick-off meetings, progress meetings, preparatory meetings, etc., and review scopes of work, special requirements, schedules, and budgets.
    • Utilizes construction management systems and methodologies as defined by the company.
    • Responsible for the timeliness, completeness, quality, and cost of projects from concept through completion.
    • Responsible for establishing a positive and effective relationship with key contacts to develop or expand the company's business and to ensure, the delivery of quality workmanship and excellence in customer service.
    • Manages and ensures Architects, Contractors, Subcontractors, Construction Managers, and administrative staff supporting the project are completely fulfilling all aspects of their responsibilities.
    • Ensures that all projects under the position's direction are administered in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to insurance, safety, labor relations, EEOC, etc.
    • Supervises and manages all contract requirements including, but not limited to, submittals, application for payments, schedules, budgets, notifications, reports, etc.
    • Updates senior management regularly on the project, financial status, and perceived level of satisfaction.
    • Attends or chairs business meetings representing the company at or hosted by a government agency in which professional business attire is required.
    • Key personnel with recent relevant experience with ICD/ICS 705 technical specifications on new construction projects.

    Construction Sr Project Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and a minimum of 10 years of experience in federal construction project management or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have previously completed or will complete OSHA Safety training (30 hours) within 30 days of starting in this job. Prefer a CCM certification or equivalent.
    • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in various phases.
    • Must have relevant experience with hangar projects constructed in compliance with UFC 4-211-01 and/or UFC 4-211-02.
    • Must have relevant experience with projects constructed in an active military flightline Restricted Area (RA).
    • Federal government experience is required
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contract documents, blueprints, specifications, engineering reports, safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
    • A demonstrated commitment to exceeding expectations in the delivery of safe, quality, cost efficient and timely service.
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to face challenging situations, view from a variety of different angles; assess strength of options, select and implement the best solutions.
    • Ability to think on your feet, making effective decisions on a timely basis, sometimes with limited information.
    • Outstanding written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
    • Working knowledge of contract, federal, and municipal law as it relates to construction projects.
    • Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project), Prolog Project Management.
    • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance required per contract.
