Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Production and other management personnel to implement, establish, and promote the policies of the department and company overall.
Identify and monitor key performance indicators and dashboards for print operations metrics.
Oversee a program of preventive maintenance and equipment repair following production needs and objectives.
Assist in preparing budget-related reports.
Arbitrate production scheduling priority conflicts when required.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in printing operations and supervision.
Requires thorough knowledge of the printing industry, sales, budgeting, and management techniques.
Because of corporate interactions, a high degree of tact and diplomacy and a good sense of business etiquette is a must.
Willingness to acquire additional technical skillsets to meet the needs of new and expanding strategic initiatives.
Exhibit a never-ending desire to learn how things work.
Extensive knowledge of the printing industry, high-quality standards, mature judgment, strong communication skills, and organizational work habits.
