Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The NAVSEA Navy ERP Business Office (NEBO) is responsible for providing business and technical support to NAVSEA users of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The candidate fulfilling this position will support the Military Sealift Command (MSC) as a part of their efforts to migrate to and stabilize use of the Navy ERP System. This individual provides Navy ERP (SAP) technical support for Navy workforce management processes, Navy ERP end-users, and business process owners to analyze and troubleshoot Navy ERP system issues. The analyst provides sustainment and end-user support as well as technical guidance for FI modules, Defense Travel System (DTS) and the associated business processes.
