Job Description

• Improving IT systems and processes to optimize operational efficiency.
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Setting up accounts for new users and managing access permissions ( preferred Sap Business One Hana – ERP System )
• Providing technical support and guidance in person or over the phone
• Responding to service issues and requests from employees or customers
• Managing 3rd party company for computer systems and networks supporting company / desktop supporter
• Salary: $25/hr- $30/hr

Qualifications

Those who have experience using and managing for any ERP system ( preferred Sap Business one Hana – ERP System )

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
•  2 years of experience in related field.
•  Asset Management experience
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.
