ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Proven background in working with APIs.
Prior experience working with ERP solutions (BASIS Software a MUST)

The ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical business users from various backgrounds.
An understanding of current technology & trends around application integrations and API/workflow middleware/BASIS SOFTWARE a MUST
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts

Working knowledge with APIs
Working knowledge of any Relational Database (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, …) and SQL
Affinity or understanding of integration projects and Software Development Life Cycle
Background in programming languages
Must have 5 years experience in BASIS software.
1 -3 year of experience in data integration / process automation / application integration
1 -3 year of experience in modern programming language (Javascript/Python/Ruby)
Solid understanding of different integration patterns and service-oriented architecture
Experience working with applications like Salesforce or NetSuite
