ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Ensure the alignment of the ERP system with the business processes, goals and strategies of the company. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, consultants and users to ensure the delivery of high-quality ERP solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and resolve system-related issues promptly. Establish and enforce ERP polices, procedures, standards and best practices. Manage the ERP budget, resources and timelines. Ensure the security, integrity and availability of ERP data and systems. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation. Manage vendor relationships and contract related to JD Edwards, including negotiating pricing and service level agreements.   Position Requirements:   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Minimum 7 years experience in ERP system management (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred). Or equivalent experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job. Extensive knowledge of ERP modules, including Financial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution and Order Management. Proven track record of successfully leading ERP implementations and managing projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. In-depth understanding of ERP system architecture, database management and integration techniques. Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies. Flexible during times of change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Keen attention to detail. Interested in working in a collaborate, team-oriented work environment.
