ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     KPMG is currently seeking a GoAnywhere MFT Administrator for a six-month assignment to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization.

    Responsibilities :

    • Assist with migration of sites, users, and automations from MOVEit to GoAnywhere MFT
    • Maintain and support GoAnywhere MFT platforms that process secure data transfers; create accounts and SFTP sites as requested;

    develop and maintain process design documentation, end user guides, and operating procedures for our GoAnywhere platform as applicable

    Provide support in efforts to diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production, and deployment problems within GoAnywhere;

    perform quality checks on the platform to ensure availability and performance standards are met

    Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot connectivity and access issues

    Qualifications :

    • Minimum three years of recent proven work experience as a Windows System Administrator
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
    • Recent experience with one or more IT Service Management ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) with experience analyzing ticket data for prioritization
    • Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Services, and network protocols including HTTPS and SFTP; familiarity of SFTP Servers, SFTP clients, protocols, key exchange, and ciphers;

    experience with PGP encryption is preferred

    • Experience with MFT solutions such as MOVEit and GoAnywhere are preferred

    strong troubleshooting and organizational skills with the capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; able to work normal business hours and after hours / on call to provide 24 / 7 support for the GoAnywhere platform
