ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Pro Resources Staffing Service has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and seasoned ERP Specialist with a solid foundation in Epicor Kinetic to play a pivotal role in the efficient implementation, upkeep, and enhancement of our client's ERP systems. As an ERP Specialist, you will closely collaborate with multiple subsidiary companies under our parent organization. Your primary focus will be comprehending their unique business processes and utilizing your ERP expertise to ensure seamless alignment between their ERP systems and our organization's standards and operational requirements.

    Location: Remote (preferred locations: Fort Wayne, Indiana; Upland, Indiana: Detroit, Michigan and Atlanta, Georgia)

    Travel: Up to 50%

    Status: Full-time, salaried. DIRECT HIRE

    Responsibilities:
    • Data Management: Exercise oversight over data integrity, security, and access control within the ERP system, implementing best practices for data governance that benefits our subsidiaries.
    • System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the performance and efficiency of Epicor Kinetic ERP systems, ensuring they remain in sync with the evolving requirements of our subsidiaries.
    • User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and dedicated support to end-users within our subsidiaries, enabling them to maximize the value of the ERP system and promptly address any issues or concerns.
    • Documentation: Maintain a repository of system configurations, customizations, and procedures for reference, benefiting our subsidiaries and future upgrades.
    • Epicor Kinetic Implementation: Lead and actively participate in the deployment of Epicor Kinetic ERP solutions, encompassing system configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems, to meet the unique needs of our subsidiaries.
    • Customization: Customize Epicor Kinetic to align with the specific business requirements of our subsidiaries. Develop customized reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve data visibility and analysis.
    • Integration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Epicor Kinetic with other applications and systems, ensuring a smooth flow of data and information within our subsidiaries.
    • System Upgrades: Help lead, plan, and execute system upgrades to keep the ERP system in step with the latest releases of Epicor Kinetic, ensuring it remains current for the benefit of our subsidiaries.
    • Quality Assurance: Execute testing and quality assurance protocols to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the ERP system, maintaining a consistent standard of performance for our subsidiaries.
    Qualifications:
    • ERP Specialist Experience: Proven experience in ERP Specialist roles with a focus on Epicor Kinetic, including system implementation and support.
    • Self-Motivated & Curious: We seek a candidate with a strong sense of self-motivation and curiosity. This drive empowers proactive exploration of innovative solutions, staying updated with industry trends, and fostering a problem-solving and adaptable approach, crucial for the role's success.
    • Practical ERP Experience: Practical use of ERP software for data entry and management across diverse business functions, like purchasing, receiving, accounting, and production planning, is an asset. This hands-on experience enhances the candidate's understanding of the ERP system's practical applications and alignment with the organization's processes.
    • Business Requirement Translation: Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
    • Epicor Kinetic Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Epicor Kinetic software, including Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and CRM modules.
    • System Proficiency: Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data migration.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Educational Background: An associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is not mandatory but desired. Equivalent experience and expertise may be interchangeable.
    • Certification: Certification in Epicor Kinetic or other ERP systems is a plus.
