ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Job Summary:

    The Maverick Power ERP Administrator will lead the efforts to maintain the Maverick Power ERP system through regular activities and special projects to support the deployment and sustaining operations of the tool.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the overall administration and operation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ERP administrator maintains and updates software, configures and monitors systems, and resolves problems.
    • Responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of Maverick Power’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The candidate will work with the business to implement the system, ensuring that it meets their needs and requirements. They will also collaborate with users and analysts to understand their needs and develop solutions to sustain the system.
    • The duty is to oversee and manage the operational aspects of the ERP system, ensuring that the system is running smoothly and efficiently. In addition, the ERP administrator is responsible for ensuring that all user requests are processed and executed in a timely manner. They also maintain an up-to-date knowledge of ERP systems and their functionality, in order to provide support to users and administrators.
    • The duty is to ensure that all systems are working properly, to troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise and to keep the company's networks running smoothly. The ERP administrator's duties includes preparing and presenting reports and updates to management on the company's ERP system's performance.
    • The duty is to oversee the use of the company's ERP software, to ensure its proper functioning and to recommend necessary updates. The administrator is also responsible for reporting any potential issues with the software to the company's management.
    • Performs other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Aptitude to learn applications through reading of detailed written manuals and online knowledge bases.

    • Manage the integrity of security design and engineering for the ERP applications and systems, including the implementation of backup and recovery processes.

    Education and Experience:

    • Relevant degrees such as bachelor’s degree in computer science, Education, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer, Technology, Administration.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience deploying and managing ERP systems in a high volume manufacturing environment with 2 years of experience with Epicore ERP system.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and performing repetitive tasks.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
    • Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.

    Work Environment:


    May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for extended periods.

    Required to lift 15lbs.
