ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a passion for driving operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by overseeing key administrative functions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and processes
    • Manage schedules, calendars, and interviews
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Supervise and train administrative staff
    • Develop and maintain filing systems, databases, and records
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documents
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
    • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Recruiting experience is a plus
    • Proven experience in an administrative role, with supervisory experience preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Valid drivers license/Id
