Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks ERP Business Analyst Senior in Jacksonville, FL to develop and produce high quality requirement specifications that enable development of a functional design. Work with users and/or ERP Systems Analysts to validate requirements. Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff. Write and execute thorough functional test plans to ensure Oracle Cloud ERP system changes are working properly, existing processes remain unaffected and user needs are met. Demonstrate an understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP system tools and how to resolve technical issues

with those tools. Train internal users, support personnel, conversion teams and/or external customers on Oracle Cloud ERP system changes and/or new procedures. Understand how FIS ERP system integrates with other FIS applications and solutions and use of Oracle Cloud ERP systems within the financial industry. Provide new and innovative alternative solutions to ERP system and application challenges. Assist in identifying external and internal customer problems and needs. Provide information to educate customers and monitors customer satisfaction. Effectively handle demanding or upset customers. Serves as a functional resource for others.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: developing detailed business needs analysis and conducting Fit Gap analysis; testing methodologies, development and execution; utilizing Oracle Cloud ERP system customization using recognized best practices; performing Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, upgrades, maintenance and/or support; working with business process flows in an Oracle Cloud ERP system; working with full life cycle development with an emphasis on incremental, iterative development and deployment; and working with Oracle Cloud ERP system configuration and security. In the alternative, the employer will accept three (3) years of study towards a Bachelor's degree in the above field or related and two (2) years of related work experience to satisfy education requirement. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
