Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with data management
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide support to the management team as needed
- Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times
Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle phone calls professionally
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
