As a Systems Consultant, you will implement Dynamics 365 Business Central for a wide range of Cargas customers - from breweries, to non-profit organizations, to local Lancaster businesses - just to list a few. This position allows you to dive in and learn the customer’s business both on-site and remotely. Creating customer relationships is one key factor to a successful implementation. Using the information you gather from customers, you will complete our proven implementation steps to define how the customer will use the software, build the system configuration and processes, provide training to end users of the system, and perform the go-live. Your experience in operations and manufacturing will enable you to connect the dots between process and system, helping the customer define best practices. A Cargas Systems Consultant has a direct impact on the success of each project. 

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 4 years’ experience in business operations, consulting, manufacturing or a related setting.
• 4 years’ experience in accounting, operations, consulting, or a related setting. The ability to leverage your experience to implement financial, inventory, and manufacturing systems, solving the real-world problems our customers face. Practice areas include inventory management, manufacturing, warehouse operations and management, daily financial operations such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and KPI analytics and reporting. 
• Professional designation and/or managerial experience, a plus
• Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, a plus
• CPA or CMA, a plus
