The ERP Administrator at AES plays a pivotal role in supporting ERP system users and collaborating with ERP Product Owners to enhance tools that cater to operational needs across various locations. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day support to employees, analyzing, and implementing functional improvements, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our ERP platform. This position requires an experienced individual with a background in IT, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP and CMMS systems, preferably Hexagon EAM. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: :

Ensure smooth operations of the ERP system by providing day-to-day support to employees across various locations.
Collaborate with ERP Product Owners to analyze and implement functional improvements suggested by end-users, aligning with business needs.
Engage in routine maintenance tasks for the Group's ERP platform, including user rights maintenance, software updates, data backups, security measures, and monitoring system resources.
Conduct training sessions for internal users and customers in the United States and Canada regions; maintain and update related documentation, as necessary.
Assist operational staff with database operations, including data entry, query optimization, report generation, and other relevant tasks.
Collaborate closely with users, maintenance/workshop technicians, and the ERP Product Owner, and collaborate with external ERP consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialization in IT or industry, or equivalent; three to five (3-5) years of related work experience in aerospace or related industries; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Proficiency in systems analysis and information technology principles, with a demonstrated understanding of ERP systems.
Experience with ERP and CMMS systems, preferably Hexagon EAM.

Advanced knowledge of standard IT tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Exceptional integrity and ethics required to maintain confidential information within the ERP system.
