ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. About the role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator with hands on experience and in-depth understanding in various Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, to join us. This role will be part of a growing team responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. This role also requires strong collaboration skills with cross functional teams in a continuously evolving environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead the adaptation of the Oracle ERP system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Setup and tailor the ERP system to meet specific organizational needs and workflows.
- Maintenance of the ERP system to ensure the smooth operation to optimize business
- processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of ERP data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and support to end-users, promoting user adoption and proficiency in utilizing the ERP system.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and privileges within Oracle Fusion applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches.
- Provide on-call support as needed for critical system issues.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Oracle Fusion.
- Working knowledge on Fusion modules like, AP, AR, Project management and maintenance, General accounting, Procurement, Inventory management, contract management and Intercompany accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of experience of Oracle Cloud ERP
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively train and support end-users.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to configure and customize the ERP system to meet business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve system issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
