Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. This position is for an SAP Functional Expert in the Enterprise Applications Organization covering the Human Resources functional area. You would be responsible for analyzing the Business requirements and solutions that align with enterprise standards and enhance the customer experience. In addition, you would be responsible for serving as technical expert, crafting and sourcing optimal business solutions, bringing new ideas, opportunities, and literacy to enable long term success for the supported functional area. You will have the opportunity to participate, communicate, and work in a Cross functional /cross cultural team.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for deploying standard IT solutions across SBGs; ensuring 'best in class’ processes are implemented; supporting implementation teams with solution validation; and ensuring common processes. Ensuring a common configuration of the SAP HR solution is being deployed by external IT partners/preferred vendors. Partnering with Functional Implementation Leader team, Deployment Leads, and other key parties to ensure a successful project implementation.
