Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITY
Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
Structure large data sets to find usable information
Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Two (2) years data entry experience. Previous computer experience, preferably in home
health or similar operation.
3. Previous healthcare related experience preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Ability to type 50 words per minute
2. Word processing skills
3. Personal computer skills
4. Demonstrates good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
