Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. As a member of the M3 Business Process Team, the Global ERP Business Analyst-COM, F&S is the owner of the ERP system for the Customer Order Management, Fulfillment and Sales domain. Working closely with Business Process Managers to understand business needs and translate into functional specifications that result in optimal solutions. You act as a domain solution architect and are both an M3 subject matter expert and a business oriented client advocate. You are a servant leader, who can lead without authority and negotiate effectively to arrive at the optimum solution.
