ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. SUMMARYThe role of the Amtech ERP Lead is to provide technical support and assistance for a variety of information technology systems, including Amtech, limited CTI support as well as other systems in our environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Meet or exceed customer expectations. (For both internal & external customers)
- Planning implementation of strategic growth business units.
- Maintenance & troubleshooting for Amtech systems.
- Work with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and implement patches or software upgrades.
- Prepare & maintain documentation of training and support for all disciplines utilized by Amtech systems within in the organization building upon the Welch playbook.
- Provide on-call support as needed (including after hours)
- Travel to remote sites on a rotational basis to provide excellent support solutions to business needs (including after hours or as needed)
- Assist Welch University initiatives by creating and teaching ERP course materials.
- Provide Level 2 Help Desk support for ERP systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONSEducation:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- AA or BS in Technology or Computer Sciences or similar preferred
- Certifications in various ERP and/or Six Sigma a plus
Experience- 1 year of experience in Amtech in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Windows operation systems
